The Spring Fling Festival at Charlottesville’s Carter Mountain Orchard is fun for the whole family!   Carter Mountain will reopen for the season this Friday, April 16, 2010 and it kicks off the season with it’s delicious Spring Fling Festival on Saturday April 17, and Sunday April 18.  The Orchard is open mid-April through November, but their schedule changes seasonally.
