Mcanalle Neal is a dedicated realtor with deep roots in Charlottesville, Virginia, where she was born and raised. A proud graduate of the University of Virginia, Mcanalle combines her local knowledge, academic foundation and a strong background in service and hospitality to serve her clients with insight and integrity.
After obtaining her English degree and spending her college years serving the community as a member of Alpha Phi Omega Service Fraternity, she spent a decade living in the Virgin Islands. When she returned to Charlottesville to raise her family, she brought with her a broadened perspective and genuine appreciation for finding the perfect place to call home. Since 2021, Mcanalle has been helping clients navigate the real estate market with confidence and ease.
A born leader, Mcanalle is a graduate of the Pat Jensen Leadership Academy and the President of the Women's Council of Realtors. She believes that constant growth is important in the ever-evolving landscape of Real Estate.

When she's not selling homes, Mcanalle is with her two active children, ages 6 and 8, swimming, playing soccer, or watching them at taekwondo. She loves spending time with her partner, Shawn, and two stepchildren! She is a regular at Hot Yoga C'ville or swimming laps at ACAC, both of these long-time habits since her teenage years. She loves reading, and often hosts her neighborhood book club in Crozet. She is a first time puppy owner of a sweet aussie-doodle "Jubilee". She feels most at peace by the ocean, and travels as often as possible for salt therapy!
Mcanalle is a regular blood donor with the Red Cross, volunteers at Habitat for Humanity, SOCA when she can, and donates monthly to the CAAR Foundation and Salvation Army. Her years in college as a member of Alpha Phi Omega, the service fraternity, left a lasting desire to impact her community for good, and she loves lending a helping hand in whatever way she can.
Little Known Facts:
Mcanalle lived in St John, USVI for ten years.
She weathered Hurricane Irma, one of the strongest recorded hurricanes, with her ten week old son and family.
She practices yoga almost daily at Hot Yoga Cville.
She was in one of the first advertisements for ACAC at only three years old!
