You were not only generous with your time, but patient, professional and you got the job done under not-so-ideal circumstances. Errin was kind enough to spend a full day with us, and then suggested the FaceTime inspection so we did not have to make another 4 hour round trip to see this house. She was our nose and ears, and then our voice! On top of all that and the advice we got throughout the week, the unexpected extras are most certainly appreciated--delicious candy, a charitable donation to BBBS, champagne, champagne flutes and move-in Pizzas!
