Of all the agents I have worked with, Josh White is by far the best, on all fronts. He worked relentlessly despite a picky client and difficult seller's agent. Josh communicated exceptionally well about all the issues with the land search, sellers, sellers agents and supporting roles of the closing attorney, surveyors and builder. His involvement in all these, and solving a lot of emergent problems, despite one false start, was amazing.
