The Rose Hill neighborhood is an 81-acre area located on the western edge of Downtown. Rose Hill consists of a majority of residential housing with a small mix of commercial zoning, including markets, a coffee shop, and some retail and office space. Rose Hill also features easy access to the Route 250 Bypass, Downtown, and Washington Park. Washington Park has a new community center, swimming pool, play equipment, and recreational ball fields.
