Nicolle Comarovschi is a licensed REALTOR® in Charlottesville, VA, dedicated to confidently helping individuals and families navigate the home-buying process. Originally from Lima, Peru, Nicolle earned her degree in International Business Administration from San Ignacio de Loyola University.
She moved to the United States in March 2018 and began her journey by teaching Spanish for a year at a local preschool. Later, she pursued nursing school but soon realized her true passion lay elsewhere. That realization led her to real estate, where she now thrives. She uses her business background and dedication to service to guide her clients through one of life’s most significant decisions.
Beyond real estate, Nicolle is deeply involved in the local real estate community. She serves as the Event Director for the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, where she helps create opportunities for networking, education, and professional growth among industry professionals.
