Cole Rakes Transaction Coordinator

About Me

Cole grew up in Botetourt County, VA, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Media Studies from Radford University. Having two sisters already residing in the Charlottesville area, he decided to relocate here as well in 2008. He spent several years in sales where he met Morgan, who quickly became his best friend, and soon after, his wife. Following the purchase of their first home, Cole developed a desire to work in real estate and started his career in 2015. 

Outside of work, his favorite times are spent with Morgan and their two young boys, Andy and Wyatt at their home in Greene County. 

He also enjoys spending time with friends at local restaurants, breweries, and vineyards and going camping.
