Errin graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a B.S. in Psychology and Education and has been a dedicated REALTOR® in the Charlottesville area since 2005. With deep roots in the community, she brings a wealth of local knowledge and an unparalleled understanding of the market.
Recognized for her exceptional service and commitment to excellence, Errin was named Best Realtor in the 2022 Best of C’ville Awards and was Runner-Up in 2024. She was also honored as the 2019 Sales Associate of the Year by the Charlottesville Area Association of REALTORS® (CAAR). Her leadership in the industry extended to serving on the Charlottesville Area Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors in 2023.

Errin is married to her husband, Bryan, an educator and coach, and together they have two children, Charlie and Abby. In her free time, she enjoys running, knitting, cooking, and exploring Charlottesville’s many festivals, wineries, and restaurants.
Errin has been an active member of the real estate community, serving on the Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors Board of Directors in 2022 and as Vice President of the Women’s Council of Realtors in 2021. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtors, Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors, Charlottesville Chamber of Commerce, and Women United in Philanthropy. Deeply involved in her community, Errin has volunteered with Caring for Creatures, Relay for Life Fluvanna, United Way Day of Caring, Habitat for Humanity, Hospice of the Piedmont, University of Virginia Children’s Hospital, Building Goodness, and the Charlottesville Women’s 4 Miler. She enjoys running, knitting, cooking, reading, and volunteering in her free time. A member of The Point Church, she lives in Spring Creek. Errin has two adult children, Charlie and Abby, with Abby now working alongside her in real estate.
Little-Known Facts About Errin:
- Her great-grandfather immigrated to Charlottesville from Greece through Ellis Island.
