I just wanted to write to let you know of our experience in working with Sasha Cannon as our realtor. I must admit that we were somewhat chagrined initially to learn that she is actually younger than our children (!), but any slight concern we may have had was quickly erased by her obvious intelligence, composure, and knowledge of the real estate market here in Charlottesville. She is always steady, thoughtful, and considerate of her clients. Sasha is such an asset to Montague Miller, as I'm sure you are well aware, and we have not hesitated to recommend her to any friend who may be thinking of moving. She is a true joy with whom to work, and can always be counted on to respond to any number of inane questions, anxieties, hand-wringing, etc., etc., with a calm and understanding demeanor. She always treated our house with respect, as a home that held many wonderful memories. We feel very fortunate that she was assigned to the sale of our home.
